Dr. Jeff Wade has over 30 years experience in the ministry and has served in virtually every position in the church. He has pastored, been an associate pastor, bible institute president, bus director, choir director, teen director, Sunday school superintendent, Christian school principal, and served in churches large and small.

His passion is teaching leadership to church leaders to equip them to more effectively do what they have been called to do. He has traveled across the nation and to other countries conducting leadership conferences and training church staff. He is currently the author of two books and has produced many leadership helps, all of which are available on www.BibleLeader.com

He is also a retired naval officer with twenty-three years of military experience. He was qualified for command at sea and flew P-3 Orions as a Naval Flight Officer. He is the author of First Traitor, a military techno-thriller which is available on this site. He and his family lived abroad in the Arabian Gulf and he has traveled to over 30 countries. He and his wife Mary now reside in Chula Vista, California.
